Scripture of the Day – an honest reflection

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. – 2 Timothy 4:3-4

Other than the obvious tacky photoshop in the 2015 image from NASA, do you notice anything wrong? Both of these “photos” are from NASA. Click here for the left image. And click here for the image on the right, just so that you see where I got them from.

For the last few billion years the Moon’s gravity has been raising tides in Earth’s oceans which the fast spinning Earth attempts to drag ahead of the sluggishly orbiting Moon. The result is that the Moon is being pushed away from Earth by 1.6 inches (4 centimeters) per year.

According to this, the moon has drifted away from the earth a total of 74 inches during the span of the last 46 years between the year 1969 and 2015.

I don’t know about you, but if I had to guess… it got a little bit closer according to NASA’s supposed photos. But who are we kidding… right? Quantum entanglement and the math of M theory explains it away I’m sure.

We live in a world where we are told to deny our God given senses and to trust in the wisdom of men. I’m sorry, but aside from fact that NASA is claiming either of these two images to be photos is one thing… but it is another entirety, to suggest I am to believe the moon got rather away while comparing these two pictures. There can only be one answer here. Either the earth and moon got closer in the last 46 years and the science behind the drift of the moon is fake. Or, the drift of the moon is real, and NASA is faking images. Or, the moon is exactly where God placed it and it hasn’t moved an inch out of its circuit, which means both the science and the images are nothing more than bogus fables.

Use your brain, people.
